We begin by analyzing each position with you. Is the position still necessary? Have the responsibilities changed? Have the required skills changed? We meet with the current holders of each position to understand their perception of the job and using that feedback, we then work with you to rethink the positions that are necessary now for your organization.
We then begin the process of evaluating each job description and rewrite the description, if necessary, to reflect the current skills required, credentials required, and responsibilities.
Finally, we look closely at the legal relationship of each employee to the organization to help you determine whether the position should be classified as an employee or an independent contractor.
